If the heart is heavier than her feather, that means the heart is full of sin, and the dead person who the heart belongs to, is not aloud to go into the kingdom of Osiris. Aka, heaven. When the heart is heavy, Amut, a goddess who is part lion, crocodile and hippo, eats the heart, and the person no longer exists.
